Not only did Ed solve our problems quickly and thoroughly, but he also took the time to clearly and patiently teach us (as he was working) to better help ourselves in the future. After my computer crashed I was referred by a friend to call Ed at Pc New Horizons. His concern and response was very professional and with in 2 days had my computer fixed better than new. Ed kept me updated by phone calls letting me know of the progress he was making and what he was doing. He went the extra mile to bring it to my home and set it up with no extra charge and then explaining to me and teaching me more about my computer I never knew. I have enjoyed knowing Ed for a number of years dating back to his elementary years in school. He had always had an enthusiasm towards learning how things work and not giving up until he conquered the problem. He has taken that same enthusiasm into his computer business. I allowed Ed to remedy the problems with my computers at home, and as I had trusted, he found and corrected the operating issues along with lots of tutorial time. Because Ed not only wants to make your system perform correctly but he wants it to perform at it’s best and to make it less intimidating to use. I just picked up my computer from Ed today after only a couple days down. He completely fixed it up for me, removing viruses and optimizing the system. It runs better now than it has in a very, very long time. I’ve had others “optimize” my system but always sort of wondered if much had been done. Not so with Ed at Pc New Horizons.
Also, I appreciated very much the fact that Ed always called when he said he would, and each day he gave me a detailed status update. The job was not half done.
