Thank you for helping me out with the download of my Virus Software. I am such a novice, even though I have been an accountant for 25+ years. The problem is partly because of the dial-up service which is sooo slow. I was near frantic status when my Sister-in-law suggested I call you. You understood the problem right away, got the numbers from me that were needed and had it all on a disc when you arrived at my home a day later. I really appreciate all you did for me. I called Ed to make an appointment to setup my wireless network. Ed was at my house the next day! I had bought a new wireless router, because I thought the old one wasn’t working. But Ed tried everything to get it working and found out the wireless side of the router wasn’t working. Ed was persistent in trouble shooting the router while explaining what he was doing. Everything is working great! I would recommend calling Ed if you have a problem or need something setup.
