No we do not take returns on open software to avoid piracy issues, however if the software has not been open you may return it within 30 days. You must present your original sales receipt and the packaging of the software must be in good condition in order to re-sold again.

Pc New Horizons provides limited support either by phone or e-mail only to existing customers. Our basic technical support consist of resolution within the first couple tries but the end result could be a repair service if resolution is not meet with in those first couple of tries. Keep in mind that in the near future Pc New Horizons will be providing a technical support hourly service where customers can pay a much reduced fee. Check often this service is coming very soon.

Pc New Horizons offers a 30 day warranty on every service we offer. Hardware items have normally a one year warranty through the manufacturer some times the warranty may be longer please check the manufactures website on your item for more details.

If for some reason you can’t keep your appointment with us call us 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $20 dollar cancellation fee. Please understand we loose potential business every time customers don’t notify us to cancel their appointment and that is why we are forced to charge a cancellation fee. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
